I Couldn’t Get In Touch With My Mum

My elderly mum lives in Hexham and has a touch of dementia. Her landline and mobile are essential communication tools to keep in touch with mum as we live in Kent. There was an issue with both phones that weren’t usable. I contacted David to help who liaised with his colleague Paul.
They both appreciated Mum’s vulnerability. Paul attended the property at 6pm, a mere 40 minutes after my call.
Paul quickly identified the issue. This included a poor connection and power source and the phone handsets having incorrect batteries. He even drove to Tesco to buy the right batteries and fitted them accordingly. He also showed mum how to use her mobile as she had forgotten how to answer a call.

The service level provided was exceptional. Both David and Paul were very professional and helpful and their willingness to help later in the same working day was admirable. I would have no hesitation to use their services again and would be very confident to recommend their services to others.

How Do I Use My Mobile To Control My New Hearing Aids

I’m in my eighties. How the new-fangled hearing aids talk to my mobile is beyond me. The fact they do is wonderful. When they weren’t talking to each other all of a sudden, I didn’t know where to turn. My daughter got David to take a look and bish bash bosh he sorted it and I can hear everything again.
He was such a lovely lad, I am just so grateful to him.

I Can’t Get My Wireless CCTV Cameras To Work With A New SIM Card

I was tearing my hair out. I have remote cameras so i can check in my retired pony. I changed the SIM, as it was a better deal, and they stopped working. I’ve no idea how Paul understood what to do, but he worked his magic and I can now use my phone to keep on my lovely girl again. I don’t have to worry about her over in her field.

My New Broadband Router Won’t Talk To Any Of My Devices

We were lost without access to our telly and tunes. We took the usual step ourselves to get it all connected again. Nothing we did worked. Paul understood immediately that the new router spoke in a newer security language. it took a couple of hours to resolve, but we are delighted to have access to our stuff again.
